How to Cite Sources and Avoid Plagiarism: For Websites


Below are links to examples of five of the most popular citation styles.  Please consult the specific style manuals for clarifications, changes, and additional information.  Citation styles change frequently, especially for the citation of electronic sources.  ALWAYS refer to your style manual for confirmation or clarification questions. 

 

APA

Author’s Name. (year web page was created or updated). Title of Web Page. Retrieved date, from Title of Website Web Site: URL address

Chicago
