Come on a musical journey with the Commercial Entertainment program, as they present Pirates and Princesses – A Holiday Adventure. Join the pirates, princesses and under-the-sea friends as they’re brought to life to perform your children’s favorite magical tunes during three performances at the Williamson County Campus in Franklin. EMS student David "Trey" Rose was awarded a $500 scholarship by the Tennessee EMS Education Association (TEMSEA). Rose has enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, and will complete his EMT courses in December. He plans to return to a career in civilian EMS after his service in the military.
The Veterinary Technology program received an ATL Ultramark 4 Ultrasound machine from Murphy Road Animal Hospital in Nashville. The donated device, valued at more than $6,000, will allow Vet Tech students at Columbia State the opportunity for advanced training right in their own classrooms.
